Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the National Chairman of the ruling party All Progressive Party (APC) obviously reveling in the euphoria of the victories he led his party through in series of elections this year 2019, must have been power drunk making him hallucinating beyond his reasoning capabilities.
Hence he wildly and rough hedged went off track claiming that “ Buhari Can Rule From Anywhere” whilst defending the signing Amended Deep Offshore Law in London . The fact must be placed squarely that “Buhari Ruling from anywhere” cannot be without corrosive challenges to Constitutional stipulations and implications as particularly pronounced in 1999 Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s, Adam Oshiomole and others like them must be reminded was sworn to office on the core values of Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution and which totally failed authorizing him Ruling from anywhere” Ruling and signing “Amended Deep Offshore Law in London ” is totally a corrosive matter challenging the jurisdictional competence of Nigeria and subjugating it to that of London in United Kingdom whose Head is Queen Elizabeth.
“CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS PART 1 FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA 1 (1) stipulates that “ This Constitution is supreme and its provisions shall have force on all authorities and persons throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria” The Constitution shall have force on all authorities throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria so stipulates the 1999 Constitution as Amended.
Can we now take it that the “Amended Deep Offshore Law signed in London connotes signing the bill under the ambit of supremacy of provisions of 1999 Constitution of Nigeria as amended.
Definitely No! Therefore the “Amended Deep Offshore Law signed by President Muhammadu Buhari is an illegality, an absurdity and an aberration which must be immediately withdrawn from circulation otherwise it will be brought before the law courts of Nigeria for an acid test without further warning and notice
